Thank you so so much to all the staff here who made my birthday stay so special. The balloons were absolutely perfect and I loved every second of being here. Definitely a birthday to remember. The room was 5* quality at an extremely amazing price.

Fantastic Experience *****

From the moment i arrived i was greeted by a friendly young woman who checked us in and shown us to our room. The room was on the top floor and was huge, there was a small table and chair too which was great. We went into the city centre by Uber and visited Menagerie Restaurant and Firefly, they were both great bars and would recommend to anybody who isn't familiar with the area. We arrived back to Hendham and had a great nights sleep. I would stay again in the future.

A hidden gem - great place *****

I found out about this hotel though a friend and I’m very impressed with my experience. The place felt so homely and the staff were very welcoming, the were very chatty and helpful. It’s a boutique style so all the rooms have a slightly different touch. We were in room 11 which had a light up Hollywood style mirror which was great for getting ready, the room was directly next to a bathroom which was only shared with one other room. It was always clean and tidy. The shower was amazing I felt like I could stay in it all day. It’s slightly noisy at times when other guests are going to and from their rooms in the corridors but we didn’t mind too much.

Overall it’s great value for money, it’s so affordable in comparison to some of the big name hotels. Definitely glad we found out about this place.
