Click here to fill out our quick enquiry form, and one of our friendly events team members will reach out to you, they'll help schedule a convenient time for you to visit the venue and will provide all the information you need about the next steps in securing your venue.
Once your viewing is arranged, you can come see the space in person, discuss your ideas with our team, and start turning your vision into reality.
How the payment process works
To secure your preferred date a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. This helps ensure your booking date is confirmed and reserved just for you. The remaining balance is due 21 days before your event date, giving you plenty of time to plan and prepare.
We offer flexible payment options including cash, card or bank transfer. Your designated events coordinator or manager to discuss the best payment method to suit your needs.
With limited availability for peak dates, we recommend booking early to guarantee your spot.
Planning your event
Once you have secured your booking date and paid your deposit we will begin the planning process. Your events coordinator will plan the designs for your event and talk you through the spacing within the venue
