How the payment process works

  • You will be required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date, the remaining balance is due 21 days before your event date. 
  • You can pay by cash, card or bank transfer - speak with your events coordinator/manager to discuss which payment option works best for you 

Planning your event 

  • Once you have secured your booking date and paid your deposit we will begin the planning process. Your events coordinator will plan the designs for your event and talk you through the spacing within the venue
  • You can assist with planning your theme, colours and designs to perfection
